Hot on the heels of our first Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), BVGEC can announce that we just signed our second PPA with St. Michael’s Anglican Church!

Our volunteers and board committee have been hard at work in the following areas:
The Finance and Administration team has finalized our first Subscription Agreement enabling accredited investors as well as family and friends to purchase investment shares for our upcoming projects, including St Michael Anglican Church.
They have also started work on the preparation of BVGECs 2020 tax documentation ready for submission at the end of June.
The Communications and Promotions team is working to create the communications materials in preparation for BVGECs first round of investment. More details coming soon!
The Governance team finalised the paperwork and organised the signing of the St. Michael Anglican Church Power Purchase Agreement.

The Technology and Business Development is pleased to announce that we are the recipient of a grant from the Co-operative Development Program, funded by the Co-operators! BVGEC will be utilising these funds to build out a new business development opportunity. More information coming next month so stay connected!
The Project Development committee is awaiting confirmation of a delivery and installation date for our first community-funded solar installation at Ralph Conner United Memorial Church. The date is tentatively scheduled for August. Thanks, Covid-19, for the supply chain delays!
